A wild group of rebels, driven by greed, cause chaos wherever they go. I gave them long, thin features to show their cold, unfriendly nature. I mostly avoided round shapes, except for one character to add variety.

Hector has a thin, almost skeletal look. I wanted him to look gaunt and mysterious, with a face that hints at a past full of experiences and secrets.

Yaz wasn’t what you’d call a people person. The fact that she barely had any friends wasn’t shocking but, she never seemed too bothered by it.

I designed Yaz to be the snarky one in the group. With her slouched posture and unfriendly look, she comes off as relaxed but hard to approach.

Hector got held up on the island after meeting some quirky locals, but he caught a huge fish for dinner, making the detour well worth it.

In this artwork I have set the main character on a Caribbean island similar to the classic pirate movies, as it suited the character design. My goal was to ground the audience in something familiar while adding an interesting twist with robotics.
